Yoga Teacher Training 2023
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and for a long time, my approach was mostly physical—focused on strength, flexibility, and movement. However, everything changed when I traveled to Koh Samui, Thailand, where I completed my Yoga Teacher Training.
During this transformative experience, I deepened my understanding of yoga beyond the asanas—exploring breathwork, meditation, philosophy, and the profound connection between mind, body, and soul. This journey shifted my perspective, allowing me to embrace yoga as a path to self-awareness, healing, and conscious living.
Now, I integrate this holistic approach into my teachings, offering more than just a practice—I offer a space for growth, balance, and inner transformation.

My travels
My journey through Asia was more than just travel—it was a journey toward myself.
I spent time living in ashrams in India, immersing myself in the teachings of yoga, meditation, and self-discipline. I meditated with monks in monasteries, embracing silence, simplicity, and deep presence. These experiences shaped me in ways I could have never imagined, stripping away distractions and showing me what truly matters—inner peace, presence, and acceptance.
Through this journey, I learned to let go of what I cannot control, to trust the flow of life, and to find stillness within myself. These lessons are at the heart of my teachings today—I don’t just guide yoga; I guide a practice of awareness, surrender, and conscious living.

In love with nature
Nature has always been my sanctuary—the place where I feel the most alive, grounded, and connected. Whether it’s the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun on my skin, or the stillness of a forest, nature constantly reminds me to slow down, breathe, and just be.
It’s where I find clarity, where I feel free, and where I am reminded of life’s simple yet profound beauty. This deep love for nature is woven into everything I do, from practicing yoga under the open sky to guiding mindful walks that reconnect us with the earth.
For me, yoga and nature go hand in hand—both are about presence, flow, and harmony. And in every session I guide, I hope to share this feeling with you.
